Our mission is to expand access to healthcare for underserved communities, including African-American, Latino, Asian, White, and American Indian populations who lack healthcare or health insurance. We also serve veterans, survivors of domestic violence, seniors, the LGBT community (including transgender individuals), homeless individuals, refugees, migrants, and people facing mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety, as well as substance abuse issues related to alcohol. We provide comprehensive services, including care for nursing home residents, school physicals, work injury evaluations, and disability evaluations for Social Security. Additionally, we offer ADHD diagnostic evaluations (no prescriptions,), FMLA forms, and more. Our walk-in Primary Care Clinic serves children (10 years and older) and adults up to 85 years of age. We also have an Urgent Care Clinic for those without a family doctor who need same-day care. Our clinic is open for walk-ins Monday to Friday, and we offer appointments on weekends. We provide affordable healthcare access seven days a week. New patient evaluations are only $65, which includes a physician consultation and any necessary prescriptions (lab work and blood tests are not included). These fees are for Primary care and Urgent care services only. For more information or to make an appointment, please call 470-962-3024, or feel free to walk in. We’re here to help!
