Free Blood Pressure Check Event This Saturday at Our Clinic!

We are excited to offer a FREE Blood Pressure Check event at our clinic this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to check their blood pressure at no cost. Whether you’re monitoring your health or just want to stay informed, we encourage everyone to stop by!

Public and Community Service Announcement:

To ensure an accurate reading, please follow these simple guidelines before your blood pressure check:

• Avoid smoking, caffeine, or exercise for at least 30 minutes before your visit.
• Do not consume alcohol or eat for up to two hours before your blood pressure check.
• Sit down and relax with your back supported.
• Uncross your legs and keep your feet flat on the floor.
• Wait 5 minutes in a calm state before we take your measurement.
• We will take two measurements, waiting one minute between each.

Please note, that this is a free blood pressure check only and does not include any evaluation, prescriptions, or medical treatment.
