Fast MD Clinic Appointment Policy

• Office hours:
  • In-person appointments: Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm.
  • Telemedicine for Suboxone patients: 7 days a week, depending on the availability of the physician.
• Appointment scheduling:
  • We can often accommodate patients for an appointment within 24 hours.
  • You can schedule an appointment by calling our office.
• Patients under 18:
  • All minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to be treated by our physician.
• New patients:
  • All new patients or patients who have not been seen at our office within six months are required to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment time.
• Walk-ins:
  • We do not accept walk-ins.
• No-shows:
  • If you miss your appointment without canceling 24 hours prior or rescheduling, you will be charged a $50 fee.
• Medication refills:
  • Medication refills can only be done between 10 am and 5 pm during working days.
• Appointment cancellations and rescheduling:
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office 24 hours before the appointment.
  • We will gladly reschedule you for a more convenient appointment time.
  • Failure to come to a scheduled appointment without proper advanced notification may result in dismissal from this practice.
