Medical marijuana card in Georgia is given to patients with certain medical conditions. If you have medical conditions documented which will qualify you for the card, you can send us an email at fastmd4you@gmail.com with your medical records as an attachment.
Once we review your medical records. We will get back to you if you qualify.
